Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with our store. This Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy governs all purchases made through our website, Shopify store, and any affiliated online sales platforms. By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time may be processed on the next business day. During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, product launches, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may be extended. We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, inventory discrepancies, compliance with applicable laws, or errors in product or pricing information.

SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS

We ship orders using reputable national and international shipping carriers including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other regional logistics partners. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on shipping destination, package weight, delivery speed, and operational efficiency. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier that best suits the delivery requirements of each order. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight of the package, shipping service selected, and current carrier rates. All shipping fees, handling fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may apply to international shipments.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Typical delivery estimates are as follows:

Standard Shipping: approximately 3–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: approximately 2–5 business days
International Shipping: approximately 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, labor strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our operational control.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. Our company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package. Orders returned due to address errors may also be subject to the restocking fee described below.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim if a package is lost or damaged during shipment. We recommend that customers select secure delivery locations and monitor tracking information provided.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns for eligible items within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that the customer received them. The product must also be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, inserts, manuals, and included materials.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for return or refund.

Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to personal care products, opened consumables, hygiene items, clearance items, final sale items, customized or personalized merchandise, and products that cannot be resold for health or safety reasons.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Our company does not provide prepaid return shipping labels unless required by applicable law. Customers assume all risks associated with returning items including loss or damage during transit. For this reason, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when sending a return package.

Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

RESTOCKING FEE

All approved returns are subject to a mandatory twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount before any refund is issued. The restocking fee is applied to cover expenses related to processing returns, product inspection, administrative costs, inventory handling, and restocking procedures.

By placing an order through our store, customers acknowledge and agree to the application of the 25% restocking fee on all approved returns.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of their refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear on the customer’s statement depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a customer refuses delivery of an order or if a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to delivery failure, incorrect address, or refusal, the order may be treated as a return and may be subject to return shipping costs, handling charges, and the 25% restocking fee. These costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, the order must follow the return process described in this policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory limitations, pricing errors, or other business considerations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our products or services. This includes but is not limited to damages related to shipping delays, carrier errors, lost packages, stolen deliveries, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or customs processing delays.

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product.
