RETURN ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier’s tracking system. Any return requests submitted after the fourteen-day period may be denied at the sole discretion of our company.

To qualify for return consideration, the customer must contact our customer support team within the allowed timeframe and obtain return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with sending products back to our facility. Our company does not provide prepaid return shipping labels unless otherwise required by applicable law. Customers assume full responsibility for arranging, paying for, and shipping the return package.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping method and retain shipping documentation until the return has been received and processed. Our company is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit when being returned by the customer.

RESTOCKING FEE

All approved returns are subject to a mandatory twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount issued to the customer.

The restocking fee is applied to offset operational expenses including but not limited to product inspection, return processing, administrative handling, inventory management, and repackaging costs. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the application of the 25% restocking fee on any approved return.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Certain items are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances unless otherwise required by law. Final sale items may include but are not limited to clearance products, promotional merchandise, discounted inventory, personalized items, hygiene-related products, consumable goods, or items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully before completing a purchase to determine whether an item qualifies as a final sale product.

RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
